One thing I loved was that I could open the window in my room to let in fresh air, a feature that is becoming increasingly rare in hotels. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Although the microwave and bathroom were initially dirty, the staff promptly addressed the issue when I mentioned it.
